Qualifying Sail Details

5 Pac Cup crew delivered Gilligan from Vancouver BC to San Francisco. We left Pt Roberts, WA on Saturday June 22 at 1600 arriving in San Francisco at 0900 on Friday June 28. Distance travelled was 830nm, mostly under sail. We encountered winds of 30 to 35 kts in Juan de fuca strait and winds of 30 kts gusting over 40 kts on the final 24 hrs approaching San Francisco.
